So for 5 years we have seen this logo for gmail
Well the "BETA" is now being removed and it only took 5 years to do this.

Gmail is not the only thing Google is removing the BETA tab from. Its also being removed from Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Apps, Google Docs and Google Talk. Its almost like Google is taking off the training wheels and moving up.
