Ok I have to ask how many have their mothers on facebooks? Or on the flip side how many mom's (or dad's) have their kids on facebook? More importantly are you friends on facebook?
I have to laugh I'm friends with my kids on facebook. Heck I'm friends with half of their friends. It's not that I have friend requested them they friend requested me (awww they love me - 
). I try to give them their privacy. Some times some of the language or topics I see makes me go ohhhhhh but I bite my tongue (some). I try not to laugh when they take the quizzes. On the flip side I take some quizzes that no way could I post, my kids would die. Oh yeah my one quiz tonight was:

Oh well its one way to get to know your family, for some maybe too much....

I had to laugh my oldest sons girlfriend is on facebook and she posted something funny about my son and I was like reallllllllllllllllllllllllly do tell . She sent me a friend request and I checked with the son before I accepted. My kids don't mind. I'm known as the "cool" mom now if my hubby joined facebook they would block him .
I have quite a few relatives on my facebook and only one really pissed me off. I posted something stupid about my hubby stealing my pillow at night and how I had a back pain because I'm use to it. Well she drove him nuts and really pissed him off, he came home mad which mad me mad. But hey lesson learned he doesn't steal my pillow now (we have 6 king size ones but one I love).
now if my hubby joined facebook they would block him .

Edit* forgot to add, i like having my family on facebook (so long as they don't see too much, which again-they don't) because then i can share and they can see (preselected) photo albums (i know you can send them too but still, i think this is nicer) and you know what's going on in their lives. But TMI is sometimes unavoidable. Sometimes i don't want to know some things my fam is posting
