Flash mobs are nothing new but now days they seam to be taken to a new level. So what is a flash mob? Well as one put it "a tsunami of kids.”

First they started off as fun and harmless. In the past they have had group pillow fights, disco's parties, snowball fights but now its just gathering a mob of kids to cause a huge disturbance and violence. Basically there spreads messaged all over the social sites like facebook, twitter and myspace with a date and time and everyone shows up. Once its over there is mass damages and may left injured. Innocent bystanders are beaten up and robbed then there are stores that are stormed and looted.

This seams to really be happening often in Philadelphia but also in other cities. Its just that Philly seams to be heading the change. Is it just me or do the ppl of philly just seam to bring out the worse? it seams like they have alot of fights which since they are the "city of brotherly love" is kinda funny.

The police and FBi are starting to crack down on them and trying to hit them off before they start. They are monitoring the social sites and they are also warning parents. If their child attends one of them that they can be charged or be legal responsible. I have yet to see one of these flash mob blasts on the social sites but since I think my friends are a little bit more responsible I hope that I wouldn't. If you see one don't go and you might want to pick up the phone and let the authority.
