I"m hoping *fingers crossed* that this will be the solution. My computer is just over 2 years old so its probably time for me to clean out the dust. Sounds simple enough, will let you all know how it goes
Anyone ever done this before? Did you notice a difference in performance?

Well would I take it apart no because if you do you could void any warrantee. Just blow some can air into the vents and dust it that way - make sure its off and unplugged

I use to clean out my sons old laptop. It was a dell and I would simply blow can air into the vents on the bottom side. Just make sure it is off and that its unplugged and you will be fine. My old pc was pentium 4 so it would run really hot.
