"Farrah Fawcett, the multiple Golden Globe and Emmy-nominated American actress best known for her role as the vivacious Jill Munroe in the 1970s television series "Charlie's Angels" has died in a Los Angeles hospital. She was 62."
RIP Farrah
May angels have carried this angel up and away. RIP
The Oscars gave a montage video of actors and Hollywood film makers who recently passed away. One of them not included, Farrah Fawcett. When asked they said that it was due to time and they had to cut some out. They also stated that she was mainly TV and not movies. However she was a academy member for over 40 years. They did have Micheal Jackson in the montage. So poor taste, wrong or who cares move on?
Since when was Michael Jackson an actor or film maker? Competely poor taste, but whats new?
I agree atleast farrah did some made for TV movies and actually she was credited in 19 movies - pretty sad to snub her like that.

Well we have all watched the last few months of her dying of cancer but today she passed away at the age of 62 just a hour ago. For the last 3 years she had been battling anal cancer. She fought the battle and tried different methods of treatment even going overseas but in the end the battle was lost.
"She stays in bed now. The doctors see that she is comfortable. Farrah is on IVs, but some of that is for nourishment. The treatment has pretty much ended,"
On May 15th NBC aired her documentary "Farrah's Story". I watched it, it was very touching
