but in all seriousness, facebook will never shut down before myspace does . please please die myspace!

Yeah after doing some research it seems that the governments won't let us leave our Cyber-prisons, so no Facebook will not shut down but it will expand. In a couple of years Facebook will be connected to your work, your private life and will monitor your every movement. Of course this will all be presented in a fashion which will be appealing, they will say things like "It's so easy" and "Look at the benefits" and of course "Look how it contributes to safety, and why have any privacy if you have nothing to hide". (of course this is exaggerated but still....)

Really if you love the freedom of Internet you should ban ALL social media, or at least not spread any personal info through those outlets.
