Facebook fail at work today. I'm sitting here doing payroll and looking over my employees hours and one of them put that he was out "Sick' for 4 days. Here is his only problem - he's friends with me on facebook (and he requested me) last week he was out of town and definitely NOT sick. His new facebook album proves it. Oh yeah sorry XXXX but FAIL - no sick time for you! Want to take bets if he removes me as a friend?
So I'm curious as to who is friends with their boss or co-workers on Facebook or any social site? I have a few of my employees on my facebook, they requested me. So far I haven't restricted them as to what they see because I don't post anything that would bother me if they did see. Has anyone had any facebook fail moments with their work?

during work hours I don't want them to see the postings 
Yeah I see my Secretary post all the time during work hours but I let it slide. Our office is pretty slack and well she gets all of her work done so I don't mind the occasional post here and there. Besides I post during working hours
i didnt have my boss wifes email so i found her on Facebook and messaged her about a boss lunch. then...gulp..she requested me as a friend. still not sure which side of the fence shes on so im not responding. but shes smart enough to know that maybe im hesitant. i dont really care that she can see what i post but i dont want her to think im on too much.
I have co-workers and a couple of my doctors in my friends list. My actual managers though are not on there and never will be. One of my doctors posted on my page while he was at work and I responded while on the clock cause what could he say really? But he and I are friends outside of work so it's not an actually an issue. Several co-workers post while at work but from there phones which is what I do. We have a strict no Facebook on work computers rule. People have been fired for it.

Also if I play Facebook games during work hours I don't want them to see the postings
