ok after you read the 50 "warnings" and the noise came on it sounded like a cross between the mosquito phone noise (maybe louder) and a humming noise. I am proud to report no need to run off to the potty, no extra trees killed making TP for me, no gophers went swimming. 
Mythbusters did an episode on the brown note. It was pretty cool. Nothing happened of course. At most you can cause someone discomfort but no explosive poopies. It did make my ears and the edges of my skull near my ears feel weird.
I waited to listen again once I had a turtle head pokin', and it was just about crunch time ... still nada. Southpark had a hilarious episode on the brown sound too,

Possibly. Maybe it works on a "straw that broke the camels back" level ... try listening to it right when you need to blast a stick ... it might send ya over the edge, and you'll go rushing to the throne, pants already to your ankles, chomping at the bit to make a corncake.
