Over time I have burned tons of cd's on many different computers and now I am going to start cataloguing them.
Many of them will not play or open on my computer, some will some won't. I have tried opening them on my Mac and PC and no luck.
Any idea's on how I can get them to open or at least to possibily get the contents of the cd off to burn it again? Is there a program that will do this?

Thanks Stardogg I will give this a try, keeping my fingers crossed I can salavge some of the of the stuff on these cd's.

I've had this happen to me a LOT too. Unfortunately burned disc's go 'bad' after so long. I've used ISO Buster to recover stuff from old / bad disc's and it's saved my tuchus more times that I can count. Give it a try: Clicky
That's a shareware program, I'm sure there are probably some (or at least 1) free programs similar to it out there, but I've personally never looked. If ya find one, or anyone else knows of a free app that does the same thing, please post .
