This was on my local news station and after seeing just a small clip of Susan Boyle sing I had to watch the entire thing on Youtube. Hearing her sing, watching the audience and judges reaction, and knowing that I too judged too quickly made me a bit emotional during her performance. I cried, but then again I cry during disney movies too.

I saw that on the news. What a beautiful voice she has. I felt bad for her because they were idiots but I think they felt bad too after. I heard she got a makeover after also. It makes you wonder why they did that - like her looks have to match her voice and you can't have someone win who looks like that? I think her inner beauty shined and she did not need a makeover (unless she really wanted it).

I think maybe she did want it. She mentioned several times that she's never been on a date, and never been kissed. Maybe this is her big break. I hope so... it gave me a warm fuzzy feeling inside when she sang.

Yeah, I saw her after the makeover, and she still wasn't what most people would expect to win, but that is part of her charm. I had to show everyone this video today. On of the women I worked with cried too. I'm buying the cd when it drops! I just adore her.

I know I just adore her. She is a inspiration and I agree I'll shell out the money for her CD when it hits the store and trust me I don't generally buy CD's
