I think now days with everyone trying to watch their weight or trying to just eat healthy we are breaking out the BBQ grill more often. BBQ grills are a great way to cook because your not cooking it in its own grease.
Now with every cookout comes the great debates.....
Charcoal/wood vs Propane
Marinade vs Rubs vs Spices
High heat vs Low heat
Yahoo did a story:
Ok so how do you grill?
I've never had Bullseye, but Sweet Baby Rays is popular around here. I know charcoal gives a better taste to food, but overall I'd rather just have a propane grill sitting outside the door so I can just fire it up real quick and get cooking, instead of waiting half an hour for the coals to turn gray.
But just for quick cooking, a giant 1 pound burger with some garlic salt and melted cheese, with sliced onions is good enough for me. Gotta throw the bun on there for a minute to toast it too tho
Or maybe throw some mushrooms and melt some swiss on top instead. Gettin hungry ...

I agree and like you I use propane. I've used Baby Rays (we have that here too) but I dunno I love bullseye.

I love to BBQ - its easy, healthy and well less mess to clean (no pots to scrub or soak).
I try and mix it up between the different marinades and spices. Generally everything gets hit with a bit of garlic powder (powder not salt). I do like lemon peper on the chicken but I'm also into marinades. Lawry's makes some great marinades but I think my favorite is MoJo marinade. If you have never had MoJo its very good and has a citrus-garlic taste to it. Its very popular with Cuban cooking. No I'm not Cuban but I live in S. Florida so we have alot of Latin flair here.
BBQ sause wise - I LOVE Bullseye "homestyle". Its kinds sweet, thick and just sticks good - Hummmm Even Rachel Ray likes it the best!
We grill alot of chicken - lotssssssssssss
