So how many gardeners do we have out there? I would love to see pics of everyones gardens. I like to garden but I will admit I semi have a black thumb. Anyone celebrating Arbor day today?
That window box is beautiful, I think that would be a great summer project. I used to have a veggie garden before I moved to an apartment. I loved that. I was given several potted plants when we moved here, but I killed them all. I just don't have luck with indoor plants.

Ok my gardening is very very limited - like I said I tend to kill plants. I buy those they say you can not kill (I think I killed some of those too). Here is my little garden by my front door (with little pond and all):

So in my back yard by the pool I have a gazebo. I love my gazebo and alot of mornings I sneak off there to have my coffee in peace. I would love to plant some more around it but this is where I need help. I would love to go with a Asian look. I plan on getting some bambo (I heard you cant kill that) but I want other items. So anyone with any ideas - remember key words here are: hardy & South Florida weather.

I love the Gazebo and garden, and your yard is so green and pretty. When I move, I think you may have to come to CA and I'll hire you to do my yard.
Well I have to give credit where credit is due - I had slave labor (3 kids). My middle one has a green thumb and like I said I can and have killed quite a bit over time. I don't think you want me planting for you, trust me here. I would however love some more planting ideas for my gazebo area.

I plan on getting some bambo (I heard you cant kill that)
Bambo is very resilient. My mom has tons of it in her back yard and she's always ripping the leaves off to give to the rabbits. (They
bambo leaves.) and they go grow like crazy.
