Re: Adobe Acrobat-edit document?

I don't see that "Touch up Tool" that my google results talk about Phbbbbt!
Is there something I can download, a different version or something?

Re: Adobe Acrobat-edit document?

I broke down and asked someone at work Laughing. i guess i have to break in Hee Hee to my receptionist's computer and edit it in Excel.
But i suppose it'd be nice to know for future reference when she misspells my name etc Smile I have version 9. When i click Edit it says i can either Spell check or Copy the text, those are the only options. Is that normal? Is that just the way--that you can't edit stuff on Adobe?

I have 9 also, I can insert text by choosing "Tools --- Advanced Editing --- Touchup text tool, I haven't figured out how to delete text though, don't know if you even can.

Re: Adobe Acrobat-edit document?

I believe you can only edit if you have he full version (which is not free) The free version is what most people have to simple view PDF's
Again... I THINK. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: Adobe Acrobat-edit document?

You can do save as then save it as a .doc file. ( or whatever format you want). Then edit and print to pdf. You might lose or mess up some formatting but it should work.
