If you have a gmail did you know that you can see who is looking on your gmail. You can access the last 5 IP's that logged into that account. If you look at the very bottom of your gmail you will see this:
once you click on "Details" it will take you to a screen like this:
We have a new code, it can auto-identify anyone logged into myspace correctly. Also can show where your visitors were before your page, and where they click off your page.
These codes often don't last long, as myspace doesn't like them, so if you want it, here's your chance.
It's part of a new promotion, existing members can find a link in the stats page. If any non-members have questions about it, I can try to answer them here.
With the internet world sometimes being a creepy place, check out this article on how to stop people from finding you through popular search engines.
Ok if you are looking to track a friend or non friend you can imbed a tracker in a myspace message. Now for this one I recomend using one like mixmap that you can set up a tracker just for this message alone, however any tracker will work (make sure its a invisable one). So how to use a tracker in a message with out getting caught or with less of a chance of getting caught.
So often I'm asked about different trackers out there. The majority I have tried out, some I like and some I did not care for. Basically its asking yourself what are you looking for in a tracker. Well one question that often comes up is what is my favorite tracker, which one would I recommend.
i use this site for email receipt verification. i sent an email out and received a reply but the tracker didnt pick up that it was read. i know if you enter the email address wrong or view source it will not show as being opened but is there any other blocker or way around it out there?
i was wondering if there was any way to place a tracker in your headline? is it possible to link the tracker to your default pic somehow being that myspace has filtered out pics in the headline? or beacuse the tracker is an img, is this not possible? thanks!
Ok so you have tracked someone on your tracker now what? How are some ways to help identify the person? Well there are a couple of ways you can check on the track.
Here is a example of a track (personal info removed):
