I haven't used SSH since I found iPhonebrowser. It's flat out amazing. Some thoughts about why it might not be working. Is it the latest version? Updated iTunes lately? Sometimes the newest iTunes can break a slightly outdated build of iPhonebrowser. Is iTunes open? That can cause problems if I remember correctly.
edit: Looks like there is no support for 64 bit. That's gonna suck when I move to a legal copy of 7 64 bit. You might need to open Cydia and install afc2 service. And it looks like after installing/ updating iTunes you need to connect your iPhone at least once to iTunes before using iPhonebrowser.
I put in that patch (afc2) and tried to downgrade to earlier version and that didn't work, but it did work for a bit before that I used it to put NES roms on my ipod touch ! Actually I used it for my iphone and Ipod touch and haven't checked to see if it works with iphone again but I want to tranfer stuff to ipod touch .
i tried tons on things I thing it just has issues with Vista I need to get Win 7
I did find a app called iFile that is cool but I can't use it to get files to the folders just send them to my email and move stuff around , but It will also copy any app !

it works with both jailbroken and unjailbroken iPhones and Ipod Touches
