hi guys and gals -
I just noticed that when I click the Like button on a post here that it says my name next to it. I don't wanna sound paranoid but I don't want everyone seeing my real Facebook name and profile next to it, is there some way to have it not show my name?

It only shows the names of people that are on your own Facebook friends list, assuming that you're logged into your Facebook account and someone from it has also Liked / Recommended the same thing. It doesn't show the names of anyone who isn't on your own Facebook friend list. And if you're not logged into your Facebook account you won't see anything but the total count of Likes / Recommends. So you're still safe.
