My computer keeps waking up randomly and it's drinving me crazy when I'm watching TV late at night and the monitor comes on lighting up the entire room

Is there a way to see what's waking my computer from sleep?

so StaRDoGG can you tell me what the difference is? it seems to me that they both serve the same purpose but i know there has to be a difference, so please enlighten me with your infinite wisdom
