How many have noticed this but at the bottom of you gmail you can turn off gmail chat and google Buzz. So if you hate it then simply turn it off now:

So I just got a notice when I logged into Gmail that I have Google Buzz now, but I haven't had a chance to really dig into it to see what it's about. I know it's new but maybe someone has had a little time to mess with it already, how is it different than say Google Wave, other than that it's right there in your gmail?
