A Spanish Teacher was explaining to her class that in Spanish, unlike English, nouns are designated as either masculine or feminine.

'House' for instance, is feminine: 'la casa.'
'Pencil,' however, is masculine: 'el lapiz.'

A student asked, 'What gender is 'computer'?'

There was a pretty major mix-up on yesterday's live season finale of "Australia's Next Top Model". The host, Saraj Murdoch accidentally announced the WRONG WINNER.

And she didn't realize what she'd done until after the wrong girl gave her acceptance speech. (She starts to figure out what happened around the 2:45 mark.)
