I hope this isnt the wrong thread for this, but I think I'm forced into the market for a new receiver. My old one is wigging out, and I just think its prolly time for a new one. Iwas looking at this denon

It looks pretty solid, plus the price seems like a bargain.
Do any of you guys know much bout it, or have any suggestions?
I'm really wanting to stay under 300, and a remote that controls other brand components, is a must.
