How much do you normally tip your pizza delivery driver?

So I'm curious, how much is "normal" to tip a pizza delivery boy (or girl), for example a Dominoes or Papa John's driver? Do you tip them the same you would tip a waiter or waitress? (15%-20%)

Honest answers only please, how much YOU usually tip, not how much someone "should ideally" tip. Wink
