Hmmm it looks kinda like the baby is moving smoother, at a higher framerate than the background. Maybe I'm just looking too hard, who knows. :-)

I am Brazilian and this baby is very real! He is from Northeast of Brazil and boy, we do learn how to move when we are babies, it is in our hot blood!

I think its real, it doesn't look faked, it just look like the kid is about 5-7 years old wearing a diaper. So this doesn't seem impossible
I need to know how old is that baby?It can be real but I believe it is fake..Music was too long for a real baby to keep up.
