Sooo, for GeekDrop it's considered a part of my job to basically join anything and everything website-wise in order to find what's the best stuff to bring to you, the visitors and members, among other things. One unfortunate side effect of this is the sheer amount of spam that can clog up my inbox, some of which can really make you scratch your head in disbelief.

Twitter is saying "Email is invalid" when I try to change my settings?

I just tried changing some basic settings in my Twitter (NOT my email) and when I clicked Save it said "Email is invalid". This is the same Gmail address that I've been using on the account since day one with no problems. What gives??

Twitter worm: Acai Berry Attack

A new worm is flooding Twitter accounts, enticing people to read information about acai berries or "acainews". The tweet typically starts off with the person claiming weight loss after drinking acai berry extracts and shows links to "acainews". The Acai Berry worm spreads like wild fire as it sends out thousands of tweets per minute. What’s more is that it has hijacked a large number of twitter accounts turning them into spammers. This attack has been the fastest-spreading in Twitter’s security history.

Foursquare Social Networking App - Anyone ever try it?

So has anyone heard of the new rage its called Foursquare and I guess its really taken off up north but here in the south I'm only heard about it a few times. Today my radio station was talking about it. Foursquare is a app that you put on your phone or if you don't have a data internet plan you can do it via texting. Here is a mini video on it

OK here is a interesting site DirtyPhoneBook where you can put in a person's phone number and write a comment about them. All comments are uncensored and anonymous. Needless to say you could have some fun here.

From looking around I would say alot of folks add their own phone number and do a sexual bragging. I checked my phone number and it was good to go. Smile I'm wondering if you comment with a phone number if it then makes the phone number searchable on google?

  • Delete ChatRoulette from your settings on the Adobe Website Settings Panel Here
  • Switch between the old and new layouts.

Wow if you haven't heard of this new social website where you can rate others then you need to check it out: getunvarnished.com Basically its were you can rate other folks, rate yourself or request to be rated. Ok that sounds not to bad but here is the main problem. You can rate some one anonymously. So basically if you have a grudge and lets face it alot of folks do then it becomes a hate fest. See once you have been rated there is NO way to depute it or remove it much less se
