A home video has been released created by Jared Loughner himself just before shooting Gabrielle Giffords, and murdering others, including a little girl, in Arizona. In the home video you hear him talking to the camera, rambling incoherently about students being tortured, the war being illegal under the constitution due to currency, becoming homeless, amongst other things. You also hear him yell to a teacher that he's pissed off that the teacher gave him a B grade which also caused Loughner to lose his freedom of speech.

Is anyone able to actually make heads or tails of his string of thoughts, and what he's trying to say? Because, I'm completely LOST. ::
