I am starting to think about saving my energy more for Cuba. Then again, those gigs are a load of energy and relatively low payouts.
Yeah I'm not liking cuba at all, it will take forever to get those levels mastered at that rate.
Question: Is it better to finish up NY first before tackling Cuba or is it just as wise to toggle back and forth between the two?
I am not sure I agree with all of this, but part of it. I have learned a lot from Mobtards as I was sitting on the better part of 1 trillion dollars before I quit.
Step one. Forget about fighting at first. Why? You need quality WHOOP arse. That costs money. When you start, what do you have? Squat. So...step one. Play the job and real estate game to prime the pump.
Secondly, storing your money is OK sometimes, but you need to focus on building your real estate, and focus on getting what you need to do jobs. That generates money, which can help buy other stuff or go into real estate. Remember, real estate funds premium crates of WHOOP arse to beat da freakin' hell out of some other shidrool whos got their grubby little hands in da cookie jar. Kapiche?
Now, here is what I've done. After you get the real estate pump primed, you allocate 20% of that towards upkeep. Try to get things as uniform if you can. That helps. If you can recruit gobs of people, you can get some serious discounts on WHOOP arse from the home page. So in other words, 10K for a shield, weapon, etc. There is no upkeep on those, they're cheap and have low total cost of ownership. So those are good to have. :-)
If you need some major cash in an instant, that's easy. Click on the links to help your friends out. That way, you can get some serious cash from helping. The same with some of these bonuses. If you get there late, you get $1000. You can help with 25 jobs a day. You ask your mob to whack some putz who can't mind his own freakin' business, you get paid for that too. Bonuses can go anywhere from $1000 to over $2M plus special items. They take 0 energy and 0 stamina. If you decide to open up some WHOOP arse one someone needing a visit, and you loose, you still get paid. You can get enough to go to the hospital and still have change.
When you get to Cuba, that's a rough start. Work on jobs little by little. If you want to fight there, you're going to have to heal in NY as you won't have any peso's to do it in Cuba. Focus on jobs and building the business there. It's like another version of the game in tandem with whatever else you have. One form of money isn't good between the others, however WHOOP arse is universal. :-)
Now, on to money. You have 3 types of money once you get your oars in the water. You have your real estate money, your banked money that comes from jobs and results of operation WHOOP arse, and your mission money. Keep your real estate in real estate as you can. Save your mission money and WHOOP arse money unless you can spare it to build up your mob with cars, weapons, name it.
Keep this in mind when buying property. There comes a time you are asked to buy insurance. BUY IT. Seriously. IF not, you'll be sorry later on. If you pay x amount for property, there is like a one time thing for insurance of around 10%. So that comes out of bank money. Keep some money on hand for contracts on other mobtards, repair damage to property, WHOOP arse, stuff you need for jobs, etc.
On fights, stregnth can come in numbers. However, you need some teeth to that. That's why I prefer premium grade WHOOP arse in numbers as the volume helps. It takes time to build. What I like to do is take whomever is on the list. Just hit em once, and keep on trucking. You'll get some tard who will retailiate, likely loose, and then ask his crew to come after you to complete da job he can't take care of on his own. Return da favor in kind. :-) Women are the worst on that, and then you get your high level mobtards who like attacking double digit levels when they're 250+. Go figure. Some of them can't even beat me when they attack for no reason, and they cry to their mob.
So...in that case, my advice if you have the stamina, one attack per hit request. If you have the stamina, premptively whack the SOB ahead of time. Sometimes these people can't get their mob to do squat. Sometimes it's one keeps whacking the other and you drain your bank and stats. I just hit these people once off the list, and the end. Sometimes they don't fare so well. They must live in a bad neighborhood with bad sanitary conditions. There is some virus in some of those places called da WHOOP arse virus. It strikes many. It's a freakin' shame I tell ya.
Just to give you an idea how this game is, I've been on for a week. I've done over 2000 fights. I've whacked 200 already. I've gotten nearly 100 fights won in Cuba, and a few losses. I've got 80M a day coming in, and that's going to go up tonight. I've got 150+ Town Cars. I've got weapons for everyone. I've got body armor or better for all 501 people. I have 150+ chain guns. There is none of this 5 per level stuff. You get who you have, and you arm them accordingly. You want mroe people, fine. I hope you can figure a way to finance that and build it with time.
You can gift things to people too. Higher level players might gift you something like a corporate jet or a luxury yacht. It costs you nothing, and you pay 0 for upkeep. You might get some la ti da sports car, an armored truck, etc. When you fight, you might get a .50 caliber rifle, an RPG, etc. You usually get nothing, and some of these default dons default on da payouts too. Dats why day call em default. Day default. Kapiche?
Your limit is 500 people to fight. You get a favor point per level. You can spend them however you want. You can change your name at anytime for 14 favor points. You can use your credit card too for favor points. It's not required, and it's a lot more playable and fun of a game as compared to Mobsters-seriously.
Technically, someone ought to tell them they need to have a session based cluster instead of this request based crap as it occasionally causes issues. Facebook has their stinky java asychronous processing that also can cause sudden aggrevation to the point one might feel the need to be medicated. When I try to tell these freakin' people about these things, they think I'm giving them an attitude or something. It causes problems!! Hello??? Other than that, everything works-unlike with mobtards.
I have over 500 people, but if you want to join me on Facebook, feel free. :-)
Great read Uncle Joe!!! If you can pm me your link to your profile on Facebook I'd like to add you. I need some more powerful players such as yourself
Yes! PM me your link too, if you'd like! Awesome read and Great advice!!! Thank you for spreading your knowledge!!

Here is my link. Feel free to add me. Just put in there something to the effect of Mafia Wars and you're from GeekDrop. I might plaster your feed with Mafia Wars stuff, but oh well. Like I put on there...I came mostly for the apps.
Interestingly enough, the people who I know of in real life NEVER say word one to me. The people who are complete strangers are more expressive towards me than those who I know in reality. Go figure.
. I might plaster your feed with Mafia Wars stuff, but oh well.
Oh don't worry, I'm 100% guilty of that myself
Secondly, storing your money is OK sometimes
I still would advise those starting out and slowly accumulating their nest egg to deposit their money & withdraw when finally making a large purchase. Otherwise you run the very imminent risk of being attacked and your money being therefore stolen.
Happened to me again the other day when i got side-tracked looking at something else while accumulating $$ completing jobs...11K gone!
Yeah I pretty much agree with this, I accumulate pretty decent $$ at this point, so anything over a million I usually bank, I keep a few hundred grand out there for quick purchases such as cars or weapons to do a job fast though. I'm closing in on a billion in the bank now
Oh Q for you UFJ--when you go to Moscow or Cuba, can your gear come too or are you starting from scratch there? Will you still get your NYC property income? And like missb asked, can you toggle between those places?
I'll agree with MissB on her reply. As for Cuba, don't abandon it but don't get too obsessed with it. I play this like I did mobsters. Focus on buidling income and an arsenol first. You can bring all your gear with ya. You can toggle between places to heal. Cuba takes forever and a freaking day from the looks of it. I've upgraded the hell out of that bodega. Now, it's time to chill there, let the money build, and get the sugar plantation or something next.
I've been on for 3 weeks now. I have about half of my crew outfitted with body armor, Town Cars, chain guns and such. The other half has some sort of weaponry and a lot of lesser vehicles. I got 501 people to equip. However, after WHOOP arse, I got 100M+ a day. ;-)
