If you look your subscriptions will update daily so your good to go. I update the trackers atleast once a month so you are covered.

Spybot is a great program and I do use it myself it will not block the trackers here. Spybot is great for Malware however these are tracking sites and not Malware. Absolutely you can use spybot but if you want to block trackers that are used for social sites then you need to follow the instructions above.
