Ok first this had no bearings at all if your on Vista or IE8 users. This is for XP users on windows IE6 & IE7 as far as Symantec is reporting. So what do you do about it? Well make sure your updates are up to date and make sure your Anti-Virus and any mall-ware programs are also up to date.

Zero-Day Exploit Hits Windows XP
McAfee reports over 100 web sites hijacked and serving a Trojan horse program that exploits the vulnerability. Others are reporting that the web sites are mostly Chinese, but McAfee points out that the exploit kit specifically checks to see that it has not been served by ".gov.cn" or ".edu.cn" domains, which are used Chinese government and education sites. The exploit toolkit attacks several patched vulnerabilities including the new 0-day.
