i was bound and determined to go all natural/no drugs, after 13 hours, my body pretty much started to go into shock, my husband was freakin thinking i was going to die, and EVERYONE suggested a get an epidural...THANK GOD FOR THOSE!! hahaha! everything was wonderful after that! woohoo, last 6 hours of labor were a breeeeeze! Laughing

Wow you are a brave one!! As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I told my doc "I want the epidural" Laughing... I'll admit I'm a chicken when it comes to pain. Yes the epidural is a godsend, but after 16 hours of labor, I ended up getting a C-section....those too are a godsend.... Big Grin

yeah I did too then found out that I don't do well with anistesia and I guess I have a small epidural area - I dunno so with kid 1 three trys at a epidural and 0 took - 9 hours labor (pure hell). Kid two 1 attemps and 0 luck - 7 hours labor (not as bad as one). Kid three - 0 attemps becuase I labored all of 20 min :-) and basically it was like 4 strong period cramps (I know guys are going TMI).

My baby days are DONE - three is more then enought

Re: New Mommy/Daddy help

Re: New Mommy/Daddy help

i got a great pair of jeans there. so comfy. but even my pennys is limited. i swear! i had to ask a clerk for the maternity section and she directed me to a corner, literally, of the store. they had 3 or 4 shirts to chose from and a rack of pants and shorts. half of it was on sale so that was nice though! i havent even checked online there.
