So you have a favorite picture that you love but you need to resize it well there is a easy program to do that and best of all its free. I use this program all the time.
VSO Image Resizer
They have a video on their site showing how easy it is to use:
Now they do sell the program but you can download the free version - it works the same. The only difference is that when you go to resize it you do get a pop up saying do you want to purchase the program - just click no. Its not a trial so you can use it as long as you want
Yeah I use to use that one but it doesn't work on Vista this was the closest one like that I could find that does. I'll let you know in a in a month or so if it works with windows7
VSO has alot of nice sotware that I've used for a long time, including Blindwrite, but my fave is ConvertXtoDVD. Been usign it for ages now to make .avi's into dvd's real easy.

On Windows I always like Image Resizer. It is a MS Power Toy. It adds a resize option to your right click options. It makes a resized copy based on either predefined sizes or a custom option. It's free and pretty easy to use.
