Hi Guys, All of a sudden my colors have taken on a florescent glow, and boy is it bright! I've tried color calibration and other things that I've read up on, but no dice. any hints? Thanks, Julie

Some graphics cards have a "Vibrance" setting that you can adjust. Does yours? You may be able to fix it with that.

Which graphics card do you have? Is it an NvidiaNvidia card? You can find out by going to your start menu, clicking on Control Panel, Device Manager, and expanding the "Display Adapters".

Re: color problem

StarrDogg- It is a NvidiaNvidia card and I do have a vibrance setting. The florescence is much better than it was, but when you like at my screen from the side it is a shade of lilac but when I look straight on, it is pink. What do you think? Something in the monitor setting, like brightness or color?

Re: color problem

Is it an LCD/flat panel monitor? If it is, that's pretty normal for those types of monitors. Some are better about that than others, but generally the viewing angle will show a difference in colors and/or brightnesss and clarity from the sides.
