I have noticed that some brands of this vitamin suggest that you take 3 a day (1 with each meal) and some only suggest 1 a day? Does anyone have any idea why this is ?
Are they different dosages per brand?
I'd look up the maximum RDA of each one and do that dosage instead. Vitamin A for example, can be nasty if you take too much, and even toxic. Vitamin A (look at the top left)
Vitamin D, you're probably ok taking all 3 a day, but for the Vit A I'd probably only take 2 a day. Plus you also have to account for having some of each also added daily with whatever food ya eat/sun ya get.
