does full motion too, but I haven't tried it.
Word of caution about Camfrog: even though you have yourself set to Privacy Mode, people can still find you in user searches, see that you're online, and click the Add to Contact button to try and add you. They just can't send you an IM because it'll be ignored automatically.
And whatever ya do, even though you're in Privacy Mode, and think that means others can't see what you're broadcasting while trying to have a one-on-one vid chat, don't do anything on cam that you wouldn't want the world to see, while also being in a chat room at the same time. They'll still see everything you did, you just won't hear what they're saying to you if they try to IM you.
So make sure all chat rooms are closed.
