I agree with your hubby. I did also get screwed as a buyer once too though. I thought I was getting a great deal on a big USB stick for dirt cheap, brand new, so I bought it, then it turned out the be a counterfeit, that was actually 1/4 the size advertised but messed with to make it appear bigger in Windows. When you'd try to copy files to it you get all kinds of problems.

So I reported it to Ebay, Paypal and the seller. Long story short, I was clearly in the right and I still lost out on the deal. Laughing
